Booking
- How do I book a lesson?
- Create a free account, pick a coach, choose a time from their live availability and pay securely in GBP.
- What's your cancellation policy?
- Free reschedule or cancellation up to 24 hours before. Inside that window, coach-specific policies apply and are shown at checkout.
- Do I need an account?
- Yes. To protect coaches and players, all bookings require a verified account.
Coaches
- How do you verify coaches?
- We check ID, qualifications, insurance, and require an enhanced DBS for anyone working with under-18s.
- How do I join as a coach?
- Register your interest and our team will invite you to complete onboarding.
Safety
- How do you protect juniors?
- Junior accounts are private by default and can only book DBS-verified, junior-friendly coaches. See our Safeguarding Policy.
- How do I report something?
- Use the in-app report button, or email safeguarding@mycoachconnect.co.uk.
