1. About these terms
My Coach Connect is a trading name of Time Well Spent Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 16942554), registered office: 10 Woodmere Close, Reading, RG6 5QU, United Kingdom. These terms govern use of My Coach Connect by players ("Users"). By creating an account or booking a lesson you agree to them. Contact: hello@mycoachconnect.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
You must be 16 or older to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
3. Bookings
MyCoachConnect is a marketplace. Lessons are a contract between you and the coach. We facilitate booking, payment and reviews.
4. Payments & fees
All prices are shown in GBP and processed via Stripe. We charge a platform fee, included in displayed prices.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Free reschedule or cancellation up to 24 hours before the lesson. Inside 24 hours, coach-specific policies apply and are shown at checkout.
6. Conduct
You agree not to harass, defraud, or misuse the platform. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. We don't exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
