1. About these terms
These terms form an agreement between you (the "Coach") and Time Well Spent Ltd, trading as My Coach Connect, a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 16942554), registered office: 10 Woodmere Close, Reading, RG6 5QU, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@mycoachconnect.co.uk.
2. Becoming a coach
To list on My Coach Connect you must hold valid coaching qualifications appropriate to your sport, public liability insurance and, where working with under-18s, a current enhanced DBS check.
3. Verification
You authorise us to verify the documents you upload. We may suspend listings while verification is in progress or if it lapses.
4. Conduct
You agree to follow the relevant national governing body's code of conduct and our Safeguarding Policy at all times.
5. Pricing & payouts
You set your prices in GBP. Payouts are made via Stripe Connect after the platform fee is deducted.
6. Cancellations
You must honour confirmed bookings or offer a free reschedule or refund. Repeated late cancellations may impact your visibility.
7. Tax
You are responsible for your own tax affairs (Self Assessment / VAT where applicable).
8. Termination
Either party may end the arrangement on 30 days' notice. We may suspend immediately for breach of these terms or safeguarding concerns.
