My Coach Connect is a trading name of Time Well Spent Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 16942554) with its registered office at 10 Woodmere Close, Reading, RG6 5QU, United Kingdom. Time Well Spent Ltd is the controller of personal data processed through this website and platform. Contact: hello@mycoachconnect.co.uk.
2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, date of birth, role (player/coach).
- Profile data: bio, photo, location (approximate), qualifications, handicap.
- Booking and payment data: lessons booked, amounts, Stripe payment references.
- Verification data (coaches): DBS, insurance and qualification documents.
- Technical data: device, browser, IP address, cookies (see Cookie Policy).
3. Lawful basis
We process data under contract (to provide the service), legitimate interests (to keep the platform safe and improve it), legal obligation (e.g. tax, safeguarding) and, where required, consent.
4. Sharing
We share data with coaches and players strictly to enable lessons, and with processors (e.g. Supabase, Stripe, email provider) under data-processing agreements. We do not sell your data.
5. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 7 years afterwards for tax and regulatory purposes.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing. Email hello@mycoachconnect.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO.
7. International transfers
Some of our processors are based outside the UK. We rely on UK-approved safeguards (IDTA / SCCs).
8. Children
The minimum age to create an account is 16. See our Safeguarding & Junior Protection Policy.
